About the blog
The mission of this blog is to provide greater clarity into how the East Bay Area markets are moving on a monthly basis.
The structure of this blog was created with R Studio, an versatile computer program designed for data science, statistical analysis and data visualization. I have spend many hours learning how to use the program effectively but I would like to give credit to George Dell, Bruce Hahn, John Fariss, and the Community of Asset Analysts for their guidance. The Community and I hope that our efforts will support the public trust of the appraisal profession through the propagation of modern valuation principles. If you are an appraiser interested in learning how to visualize data, contact me at kyle@valuableappraisal.com.
